Nicholas C. Vesha, J.D.
I start each day with one goal in mind: to provide you with the kind of straightforward legal experience you deserve.
I will speak with you in English instead of Complicated Lawyer. I will give you a free consultation, and when it’s over you will have a better understanding of your legal needs before proceeding.
I will provide an honest, realistic assessment of your trademark situation, so you will feel confident in the decisions you and your company will make.
Your trademark matter is important to me. With my firm, you can count on responsiveness and open communication. With our flat fee policies, you’ll always know what you’re paying for and you’ll only pay for what you need.
Don’t hesitate to contact my office for your free consultation.Click here for services
I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a degree in Political Science. I continued my education at the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, in Washington, D.C. With tens of thousands of lawyers in a small space, Washington was the perfect environment for learning the art of litigation. After graduating law school, I completed a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Jerry Stewart Byrd of the D.C. Superior Court.
When it was time to start a family, my wife and I moved back to Ohio, where I practiced as a family and small business lawyer for the Thomas Law Group. In March 2012, I set up my own practice in the historic district of Dublin, Ohio, in an office built in the mid 1800’s.
When I’m not in my office, I am at home spending with my wife, two baby daughters, and two energetic rescue dogs. I have a vague recollection of once having personal interests and hobbies, such as reading and photography, but much like my hairline, those memories are receding fast.
But every morning I’m back in my office, waiting for you to call so we can get down to the business of protecting your business. You’ve spent the time, energy and money creating your brand, and now it’s time to protect it.
It’s your business. Own it.SM

Born in Oklahoma and raised here in Columbus, I am an Ohioan with a soft spot for wide-open spaces and cowboy boots.
I studied Political Science at Kenyon College. After my four years on a hilltop in rural Ohio, I headed to Washington, D.C. with the rest of the nation’s Political Science graduates. Though I miss my morning run by the monuments, I am happy to be back in Ohio for the chance to work with area businesses and families.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy playing tennis, reading, and riding horses any chance I get.

I was born in Columbus, Ohio and raised in Dublin, Ohio. My mom and dad emigrated from Burma (Myanmar) as teenagers and met in Columbus.
I received my Associates of Arts from Columbus State Community College in Deaf Studies. I then received my Bachelors of Arts and Sciences in Psychology at The Ohio State University.
During my time at the Ohio State University, I was involved with OSU’s Minority Psychology Student Association, and worked in a nonprofit childcare center as an Assistant Teacher. I am currently a volunteer Music Director at The Crossing Community Church.
When I am not in the office, I love playing and watching ice hockey, playing guitar, reading about current discoveries in science, learning new hobbies and new languages.
